| Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 1993. He joined Hughes STX in 1995 and has since worked in the Detector Systems Branch in Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA. In 1996, he founded Winnet Inc. which is specialized to design and manufacture innovative semiconductor devices and components. Later in 1998 he joined Super Epitaxial Products as a R&D manager. Prior to founding Allray in 2001 in China, he was a Chief Scientist of Raytheon Information Technology Service Systems. Dr. Huang has done extensive work in optoelectronic areas, including detector systems, lasers and light-emitting devices. He has published over 60 journal & conference papers, and obtained two U.S. and three China patents. |

| Dr. Chen received his bachelor and master degree from Nanjing University in 1985 and 1988, respectively. In 1993 he received his Ph.D. degree in Physics from The State University of New York at Albany. Dr. Chen brings over 17 years of experience in technical field and corporate management, and currently holds 24 U.S. patents, published 30 technical papers, and co-authored a book. He has worked at Intel and later at Applied Materials as leading researcher and has held many positions including senior engineer, project manager and director, etc. Prior to joining Allray, he was the Director of a Key Products Division in Applied Materials. |

| Dr. Shi received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from New York State University at Buffalo in 1992. Since then, he has worked in EMCORE, Raytheon, and LUXNET as Sr. engineer and principle scientist on semiconductor materials and processing, optoelectronic devices and components, laser and detector technology development. Dr. Shi has also extensive experience in new product R&D and technology management. He has published over 70 journal & conference papers and holds 5 U.S. patents. |
