Based on promoting optoelectronic industry development in Jiangsu province, the Symposia of establishing a "Jiangsu Optoelectronic Technology Center" was organized by Jiangsu Economic and Trade Committee in Allray on July 28, 2003. Main leaders, experts, professors and directors of key optoelectronic enterprises and universities participated the meeting.

Mr. Pan Xiansheng, the section chief of Jiangsu Economic and Trade Committee, explained the background, purpose and specific plan of constructing the Center. Dr. Huang Zhenchun, CEO of Allray, reported the mission, responsibility and roadmap of the center. The delegates admired efforts made by Allray`s team, and believed the center will play an important role in promoting business collaborations, technology advancement and new product development in this region and China.
